At Orvis, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or Orvis retail store; once received, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
